Shipping

We ship via UPS® or USPS for all domestic & international orders. You are able to select your shipping preference at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

Orders typically ship the same business day or next business day. Orders placed BEFORE 5 p.m. EST, will be shipped out that day. Orders placed AFTER 5 p.m. EST, will be shipped out the following day. However, please leave us a note in your checkout if you are placing an order AFTER 5 p.m. EST and need an immediate drop off. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Returns Policy

You may return any unused and unopened item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please note it may take your bank 5 to 10 business days to process our refund request. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Policy
