Our bags are made with marine grade polished PVC, specifically developed for outdoor use. To clean your SAX B bag, simply wipe with a damp cloth. If needed, a mild dishwashing detergent, such as Dawn, can be used. Do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach products on PVC, leather, or brass.
Our straps are made with English bridle leather. This product is extremely durable and gets better with age. When your bag arrives, the leather will be stiff. With time and proper care your leather will become soft and supple.
When you receive your SAX B bag, it's possible your bag could be wrinkled or creased - this is the nature of PVC material. When your bag warms up, the creases and wrinkles should easily smooth out.
Because we use real bamboo for our bag handles, color and patterns may vary.
While enjoying your SAX B bag, we recommend avoiding uncapped pens and markers. It's VERY difficult to remove pen markings from clear PVC bags.
Avoid leaving your bag in extremely hot conditions. PVC can begin to melt if exposed to extreme heat for extended periods of time.
The best way to store your SAX B bag is in the dust bag provided. Stuffing your bag with tissue paper will help your bag retain it's shape when not in use.
Chicago screws are actual screws and may need to be tightened occasionally. You can do this with a flat head screw driver or by hand.
