We ship via UPS® or USPS for all domestic & international orders. You are able to select your shipping preference at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
Orders typically ship the same business day or next business day. Orders placed BEFORE 5 p.m. EST, will be shipped out that day. Orders placed AFTER 5 p.m. EST, will be shipped out the following day. However, please leave us a note in your checkout if you are placing an order AFTER 5 p.m. EST and need an immediate drop off. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship out Monday.We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please keep in mind we are only provided an estimated delivery date from our carriers. You may return any unused and unopened item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please note it may take your bank 5 to 10 business days to process our refund request. This varies depending on your financial institution.
